Design and finish, along with sound construction makes Brass Beds of Virginia very unique.

In constructing our beds and accessories, we use primarily cold roll steel, heavy gauge tubing, in both brass and steel, and solid bar stock. Cold roll steel has higher tensile strength and therefore will not dent or bend as easily as would hot roll steel. Coupled with our interlocking rail system that is actually part of the bed, the result is a sturdy, durable product that should give you many years of good service.

Brass Beds of Virginia believes in the old fashioned, tried and true method of making metal beds. Our skilled artisans combine the highest quality materials available, traditional craftsmanship, and the most durable modern finishes to craft heirlooms of lasting beauty. Our craftsmen bend the scroll work by hand, forming smooth, gentle curves. Every intersection in a bed's design is fitted with a casting, and each casting is cleaned and polished smooth before the chosen finish is applied.

Each brass, iron, or metal bed is crafted in the heart of the sultry south, right here in Richmond, Virginia. Every bed is the culmination of the craftsman's art.

Our beds and accessories are made to order and have a considerable amount of hand workmanship. Each order is tracked through our shop with both the store and/or customers name on the job ticket, so each piece of furniture is actually made just for you.
